The Board resolution dated February 22, 2023, the BOD of Lizen Joint Stock Company approved the following contents:

  1. Approved the policy of investing in machinery and equipment to implement new projects in 2023-2024 with total investment value is less than VND150 billion.
  2. Approved the appointment of Mr. Luyen Trung Dung as the representative of 40% contributed capital of Lizen Joint Stock Company in 12 Construction & Trading Company Limited to replace Mr. Tran Viet Khoa.
  3. Approved the policy to terminate operation of Ha Noi branch and establish representative office in Ha Noi and Khanh Hoa.
  4. Approving the agreement and transaction with related parties in 2023. Accordingly, the agreement value will be less than 35% the company’s total assets in the latest financial statements.
