The Board resolution dated September 23, 2022, the BOD of Sai Gon Water Infrastructure Corporation approved to supplement the content of Extraordinary General Meeting 2022 for the first time as follows:

-          Approving the plan for share private placement.

After the supplement, the contents of Extraordinary General Meeting 2022 will include:

-          Approving the sale of SII shares owned by Hochiminh City Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company and other shareholders without making public tender offer;

-          Approving the plan for share private placement;

-          Approving the dimissal of members of the BOD; and the additional electin of members of the BOD;

-          Other issues.
