-         Number of outstanding shares: 21,034,319 shares

-         Number of treasury shares: 1,730,012 shares

-         Number of shares expected to be issued: 1,051,715 shares

-         Total value (at par value): VND10,517,150,000

-         Offering price: VND10,000/share

-         Time for transfer restriction: 02 years

-         Time of implementation: expected in October 2022 or November 2022, after being approved by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC).
