Viglacera Corporation - JSC announces Resolution of EGM as follows:

  1. Approving to the 2022 dividend payment in cash: 10% of charter capital in 2022.
  2. Approving to invest in Dominica.
  3. Approving to adjust the remuneration of the Board of Supervisors in 2022.
  4. Approving the resignation of Mr. Nguyen Anh Tuan as a member of the BOD in the term 2019-2024.
  5. Approving the election of Ms. Tran Thi Minh Loan as a member of the BOD in the term 2019-2024.
  6. Resolution is valid as of 07 September 2022.
