The Board resolution dated August 29, 2022, the BOD of Saigon General Service Corporation approved the plan to increase charter capital from equity (replacing the Board resolution dated August 08, 2022):

-          Stock name: Saigon General Service Corporation

-          Par value: VND10,000/share

-          Stock type: common share

-          Number of shares expected to be issued: 33,310,032 shares

-          Total value of issuance: VND333,100,320,000

-          Exercise ratio: 100% (1:1) (Those who own 01 share will receive 01 new share).

-          Time of implementation: expected in 2022, after being approved by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC).
