The State Securities Commission issued the dispatch dated August 23, 2022 replying the extension of disclosure of interim financial statements of FLC Mining Investment & Asset Management Joint Stock Company (HOSE: GAB). Accordingly, the reason for the disclosure extension by FLC Mining Investment & Asset Management Joint Stock Company is not subject to the cases of force majeure under Article 8 of Circular 96/2020/TT-BTC.

Therefore, the State Securities Commission requires the Company to publish its financial statements for the first half of 2022 in accordance with Circular 96/2020/TT-BTC dated 11/016/2020.
