The Board of Directors of Binh Thanh Import Export Production and Trade Joint Stock Company approved to pay for the 2021 dividend in stock:

-          Record date:  September 12, 2022

-          Exercise ratio: 100:15

-          How to deal with fractional shares: The number of newly issued shares distributed to each existing shareholder will be rounded down. The fractional share will be bought back with VND10,000/share.
