On August 15, 2022, the Board of Directors of Vinh Hoan Corporation approved to contribute capital in Feed One Company Limited via the land use rights of land plot No. 313, map of No.10, My Hiep commune, Cao Lanh district, Dong Thap province with total area of 48,062.1 m2. Accordingly, total value of land of VND31,300,000,000.

The following is information on capital contribution of VHC at Feed One:

-          To transfer in cash: VND163,700,000,000

-          To contribute capital via the land use rights with total value: VND31,300,000,000.
