The Board resolution dated August 10, 2022, the BOD of Transimex Corporation approved the following contents:

1. Approved the implementation to invest the project of High – Technology Logistics Center in Ho Chi Minh High – Technology Area.
2. Approved the bond issuance plan with total value of VND500 billion.
3. Approved the adjustment of guarantee plan for Long An Investment Company Limited to borrow medium and long-term capital to invest in the Long An Cold Storage project in accordance with the Bank's financing plan.
