The BOD of Deo Ca Traffic Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company approved a transaction with Deo Ca Construction JS Co. with details as below.

- Approving the signing of contracts with Deo Ca Construction for a project in term 2017-2020.

- Content: trade & service contracts

- Contract value: according to agreement between HHV & Deo Ca Construction, but total value is under 35% of total asset.

- Assigning the CEO to negotiate and decide the contracts.
