The Board resolution dated July 04, 2022, the BOD of Transimex Corporation approved the following contents:

Approved the transfer of business type from Transimex Hi-Tech Logistics Joint Stock Company to Transimex Hi-Tech Park Logistics Transimex Hi-Tech Logistic Limited Company.
Approved Transimex Hi-Tech Park Logistics Limited Company (is a subsidiary of TMS) to transfer 100% contributed capital from Long An Investment Limited Company to Transimex Hi-Tech Logistics Joint Stock Company.
Approved the decrease of charter capital in Transimex Hi-Tech Park Logistics Limited Company.
Approved Transimex Corporation to transfer 100% contributed capital from Transimex Hi-Tech Park Logistics Limited Company to Transimex Hi-Tech Logistics Joint Stock Company.
