The Board resolution dated July 27, 2022, the BOD of Vietnam National Seed Group Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:

1. Approved the business result in first six months of 2022:

-          Revenue:                          894.208 million dongs

-          Profit before tax:             136.469 million dongs

-          Profit after tax:                123.194 million dongs.

2. Approved the business plan in last six months of 2022:

-          Revenue:                          2,150,000 million dongs

-          Profit before tax:               300,000 million dongs.

3. Approved the credit limit at Shinhanbank (Vietnam) with total amount of VND50,000,000,000 for the loan time within 01 year.

4. Approved to renew and raise the credit limit at Vietcombank from VND250,000,000,000 to VND350,000,000,000.
