BOD of HVC Investment and Technology Joint Stock Company announces a personnel change & auditing firm as follows:

- Ms. Nguyen Thi Thuy Lan resigned from Chief Accountant as of 6 July 2022.

- Ms. Cao Hai Ngoc appointed to Chief Accountant as of 6 July 2022.

- Choosing PKF VN as the auditing firm for 2022 audited and reviewed financial statements.
