The Board resolution dated July 12, 2022, the BOD of Century Land Joint Stock Company approved the following contents:

1. Approved the record date to issue shares for increasing capital from the owner’s equity and implement rights to buy shares on August 16, 2022.
2. Approved some of contents related to the stock offering to existing shareholders:

-        Time for subscription and payment: from August 24, 2022 to September 13, 2022

-        Time for rights transference: from August 24, 2022 to September 09, 2022.

-        Place to receive subscription:

+ Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where shares have been deposited.

+ Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Century Land Joint Stock Company.
