1. Notice of collecting shareholders’ opinions in writing in July 2022;
2. Ballot to collect shareholders’ opinions in writing;
3. Proposal to approve the promulgation of the Regulation on organizing, implementing and checking ballots to collect shareholders’ opinions in writing;
4. Proposal to approve the amendment, supplement of the Company’ business lines;
5. Proposal to approve amendment, supplement of the Company’s charter;
6. Draft of Resolution of General Meeting of Shareholders;
7. Other isues.
