-          Report on the BOD activities in 2021

-          Report the Executive Board in 2021.

-          Audited financial statements in 2021

-          Proposal to approve the plan for 2021 profit distribution

-          Proposal to approve the business plan in 2022

-          Proposal to approve the bond issuance plan

-          Proposal to approve the investment budget in 2022

-          Proposal to approve the selection of the auditor for the financial statements

-          Other issues.
