Vietnam Technological and Commercial Joint Stock Bank announces a BOD resolution of approving loan limits for One Mount Distribution Corporation (OMD) related to a Member of the BOD as below.

1. Approving loan limits:

-          Credit limit: 1,000 bil. dongs

-          Loan limit: 1,000 bil. dongs

-          LC limit: 1,000 bil. dongs

-          Term: 12 months

-          Collateral assets: shares of OMD

2. Assigning members implementing the contract.
