OGC: OGC restricted from trading

According to Decision No.361/QD-SGDHCM and Announcement No.1100/TB-SGDHCM dated June 02, 2022 by the Hochiminh Stock Exchange, the stock OGC of Ocean Group Joint Stock Company will be changed from supervision status to trading restriction as from June 09, 2022. OGC shares will be traded only in the afternoon session by order-matching and put-through methods.        

Reason: Ocean Group Joint Stock Company delayed the submission of the 2021 audited financial statements by more than 45 days compared to regulations.
