-          Company name: C47 Quảng Ngãi Mineral Joint Stock Company (K47)

-          Head office address: Quang Ngai city, Quang Ngai province

-          Charter capital: VND 10,000,000,000 (C47 holds 70% charter capital; Quang Ngai Mineral Joint Stock Company (KSQN) holds 25% and Mr. Le Vu Nghia (Director of KSQN) holds 5% charter capital).

-          To appoint Mr. Duong Minh Quang – member of BOD cum Chief Executive Officer (CEO) as representative of 60% contributed capital and Mr. Nguyen Huu Hai – member of BOD cum Deputy Chief Executive Officer as representative of 40% contributed capital of C47 in K47.
