The Board resolution dated June 27, 2022, the BOD of Sea & Air Freight International approved to implement the plan for stock issuance to pay dividend in 2021 with details as follows:

-          Stock name: Sea & Air Freight International

-          Stock type: common share

-          Par value: VND10,000/share

-          Charter capital before the issuance: VND157,530,690,000

-          Number of outstanding shares: 14,023,057 shares

-          Number of treasury shares: 1,730,012 shares

-          Number of shares expected to be issued: 7,011,528 shares

-          Total value of issuance (at par value): VND 70,115,280,000

-          Exercise ratio: 2:1 (Those who own 02 shares will receive 01 new share)

-          Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down to units, the fractional shares will be cancelled.

-          For example: at the record date, shareholder A owns 115 shares. With 2:1 exercise ratio, the shareholder A will receive: 115*2/1 = 57.5 shares. According to rounding policy, the shareholder A will receive 57 new shares and fractional shares of 0.5 share will be cancelled.

-           Time of implementation: expected in Quarter 3/2022, after being approved by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC).
