The Board resolution dated June 23, 2022, the BOD of First Real Joint Stock Company approved the following contents:

1. Approved the increase of the company’s charter capital from VND 270,398,640,000 to VND 446,150,150,000 after the stock issuance for dividend payment and the share public offering
2. Approved the amendment of the Company’s charter with new charter capital.
