The Board resolution dated June 21, 2022, the BOD of Dat Xanh Group Joint Stock Company approved  the change in personnel as follows:

1. Approved the resignation of Mr. Tran Viet Anh as Chairman of Audit Committee for the term 2022-2027 of the Company.
2. Approved the appointment of Mr. Nguyen Pham Anh Tai – Independent member of BOD as Chairman of Audit Committee for the term 2022-2027 of the Company.
