The Board resolution dated June 17, 2022, the BOD of Camau Trading Joint Stock Company approved the following contents:

1. Approved the appointment of Mrs. Nguyen Hoang Ha My as Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the Company.
2. Approved the resignation of Mr. Phu Chi Anh as Chief Accountant of the Company. Accordingly, the appointment of Mr. Phu Chi Anh as Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the Company.
3. Approved the Resignation Letter of Independent member of BOD – Mr. Duong Xuan Phat.
4. Approved the additional election of 01 Independent member of BOD.
