The first Annual General Meeting of 2022 of F.I.T Group Joint Stock Company was not successful because the number of shareholders attending the meeting accounted less than 51% of the voting shareholders.

Therefore, F.I.T Group Joint Stock Company announces the second Annual General Meeting of 2022 as follows:

- Meeting time: 8:30 am, June 17, 2022

- Meeting venue: Floor 5, Times Tower – HACC 1 Complex Building, 35 Le Van Luong, Nhan Chinh ward, Thanh Xuan district, Ha Noi city.
