-        Proposal to approve the plan for 2021 profit distribution

-        Proposal to approve the business plan in 2022

-        Proposal to approve the investment budget in 2022

-        Proposal to approve the amendment, supplement of the company’s charter

-        Proposal to approve the amendment, supplement of the Internal Regulation on Corporate Governance.

-        Proposal to approve the amendment, supplement of the Regulation on BOD operating.

-        Proposal to approve the adjustment of some of business lines.

-        Proposal to approve the remuneration of the BOD, Supervisory Board in 2022.

-        Proposal to approve the selection of the auditor for the financial statements in 2022.

-        Proposal to approve the transaction contracts with related parties.
