According to the Official Document No.3437/UBCK-PTTT dated June 06, 2022 by the Vietnam Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC), SSC approved that the foreign ownership ratio limit of Tien Giang Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company (THG) will be 49%.
