On April 28, 2022, Vietnam Sun Corporation issued Decision to approve the following contents:

1. Approved the appointment of Mr. Dang Phuoc Thanh – member of BOD as Chairman of BD of the Company from April 28, 2022.
2. Approved the appointment of Mr. Ta Long Hy – member of BOD as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) cum Legal Representative of the Company from April 28, 2022.
3. Approved the appointment of Mrs. Dang Thi Lan Phuong as Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the Company from April 28, 2022.
4. Approved the appointment of Mr. Tran Anh Minh - Deputy Chief Executive Officer as Chairman of BOD of Vinasun Green Joint Stock Company.
5. Approved the reappointment of Mr. Truong Dinh Quy – member of BOD as Person in charge of Corporate Governance.
6. Approved the Regulation on the Company’s Internal Audit.
7. Approved the establishment of Internal Audit Department under the Board of Directors, including the following members:

-          Mr. Dang Cong Luan – Independent member of BOD: Head of Internal Audit

-          Mrs. Vo Thi Minh Thu – Deputy Director: member of Internal Audit.
