On May 20, 2022, the BOD of Hochiminh City Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company approved the following contents:

1.  Approved the list of members of BOD for the term 2022 – 2027:

-          Mrs. Truong Thi Ngoc Hai:          Deputy chairman of BOD

-          Mr. Le Quoc Binh:                        member of BOD

-          Mr. Luu Hai Ca:                            member of BOD

2. Approved the appointment of Mr. Le Quoc Binh as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Company for the term 2022 – 2027.
