The Board resolution dated May 09, 2022, the Board of Directors of Tai Nguyen Corporation approved the following issues:

1. Approved the policy to termintae the liquidation of the contract for receiving the transfer of 48 land lots of Tri Nguyen Investment Construction Property Joint Stock Company due to due to the failure to transfer the title of the certificate of land use rights, ownership of houses and properties on these land lots.
2. Tri Nguyen Investment Construction Property Joint Stock Company must return VND165,000,000,000 and add a fine of VND 4,000,000,000 to Tai Nguyen Corporation.
