The Board resolution dated May 05, 2022, the BOD of Development Investment Construction Joint Stock Corporation approved to implement the plan for stock issuance to pay dividend for 2021 and stock issuance for capital increase from the owner’s equity as follows:

Article 1: Approved the plan for stock issuance to pay dividend for 2021:

1. Exercise ratio: 100:17 (Those who own 100 shares will receive 17 new shares)
2. Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down to units, the fractional shares (if any) will be cancelled.
3. For example: at the record date, shareholder A owns 111 shares. With 17% exercise ratio, the shareholder A will receive: 111*17/100 = 18.87 shares. According to rounding policy, the shareholder A will receive 18 new shares and fractional shares of 0.87 share will be cancelled.
4. Expected issue volume: 84,981,463 shares
5. Issuance purpose: to supplement its investment capital
6. Time of implementation: expected in Quarter II/2022.

Article 2: Approved the plan for stock issuance for capital increase from the owner’s equity:

1. Exercise ratio: 100:5 (Those who own 100 shares will receive 05 new shares)
2. Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down to units, the fractional shares (if any) will be cancelled.
3. For example: at the record date, shareholder A owns 111 shares. With 15% exercise ratio, the shareholder A will receive: 111*15/100 = 5.55 shares. According to rounding policy, the shareholder A will receive 05 new shares and fractional shares of 0.55 share will be cancelled.
4. Expected issue volume: 24,994,548 shares
5. Issuance purpose: to supplement its investment capital
6. Time of implementation: expected in Quarter II/2022.
