-          Stock code: TDP

-          Stock type: common share

-          Par value: VND10,000/share

-          Number of shares issued shares: 60,210,902 shares

-          Number of outstanding shares: 60,210,902 shares

-          Number of treasury shares: 0 share

-          Number of shares expected to be issued: 7,225,308 shares

-          Total value of issuance (at par value): VND72,253,080,000

-          Exercise ratio: 12% (1:0.12) (Those who own 01 share will receive 0.12 new share).

-          Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will not be rounded down to dozen, the fractional shares due to rounding down will be cancelled.

-          For example: at the record date, shareholder A owned 115 shares. With 1:0.12 performing ratio, the shareholder A will receive: 115*0.12/1 = 13.8 shares. According to rounding policy, the shareholder A receives 13 new shares and fractional shares of 0.8 will be cancelled.

-          Time of implementation: expected in 2022, after being approved by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC).
