-          Number of outstanding shares: 318,817,547 shares

-          Number of treasury shares: 0 share

-          Number of shares expected to be issued: 124,338,842 shares; Of which:

+ Stock issuance to pay dividend: 31,881,754 shares

+ Stock issuance to raise capital from the owner’s equity: 92,457,088 shares

-          Total value (at par value): 1,243,388,420,000 dongs; Of which:

+ Stock issuance to pay dividend: VND318,817,540,000

+ Stock issuance to raise capital from the owner’s equity: VND924,570,880,000

-          Issuing ratio: 39%:

+ Stock issuance to pay dividend: 10%

+ Stock issuance to raise capital from the owner’s equity: 29%

-          Exercise ratio:

+ Stock issuance to pay dividend: 10% (Those who owns 10 shares will receive 01 new share)

+ Stock issuance to raise capital from the owner’s equity: 29% Those who owns 100 shares will receive 29 new shares).

-          Estimated issue time: after being approved by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC).

-          Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will not be rounded down to dozen, the fractional shares due to rounding down will be cancelled.
