The Board resolution dated April 25, 2022, the Board of Directors of Innovative Technology Development Corporation approved the following contents:

Approved the report on the business result in Quarter 4/2021 (from January 01, 2022 to March 31, 2022) and the fiscal year 2021 (from April 01, 2021 to March 31, 2022).
Approved the loan plan of Global Electrical Technology Corporation with a loan limit not exceeding VND 40,000,000,000.
Approved the holding of Annual General Meeting 2022:

- Record date: May 27, 2022

- Exercise ratio: 01 share – 01 voting right

- Time of implementation: 13:30, June 30, 2022

- Meeting venue: ITD Building, No.01 Sang Tao street, Tan Thuan Dong ward, district 7, Ho Chi Minh.
