The Board resolution dated April 22, 2022, the BOD of Thu Duc Housing Development Corporation approved the establishment of Audit Committee under the Board of Directors with the following members:

-          Mr. Duong Ngoc Hai – Chairman of BOD: Chairman of Audit Committee

-          Mr. Nguyen Huy Hoang – Independent member of BOD: member of Audit Committee.
