1. Approved the resignation of Mrs. Nguyen Binh Phuong as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) from April 21, 2022.
2. Approved the appointment of Mrs. Nguyen Binh Phuong as Chairman of BOD of the Company from April 21, 2022.
3. Approved the appointment of Mr. Tran The Anh as Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the Company from April 21, 2022.
4. Approved the appointment of Mrs. Nguyen Binh Phuong - Chairman of BOD as Legal Representative of the Company to replace Mrs. Huong Tran Kieu Dung from April 21, 2022.
