The Board resolution dated April 20, 2022, the Board of Directors of EVN Finance Joint Stock Company approved the following contents:

1. Approved the result of stock issuance to pay dividend:

-          Expected issue volume: 19,779,330 shares

-          Distributed volume: 19,779,330 shares

-          Total value of distribution (at par value): VND197,793,300,000

-          Charter capital after the issuance: VND3,244,869,580,000

2. Approved the adjustment of Business Registration Certificate with new charter capital to VND3,244,869,580,000.
