On April 19, 2022, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) issued Decision No.252/QD-SGDHCM regarding the delisting of stock of Tuong An Vegetable Oil Joint Stock Company (TAC):

-          Stock type                               : common stock

-          Stock code                              : TAC

-          Delisting volume                     : 33,879,648 shares

-          Delisting value                        : VND338,796,480,000.

-          Reason: The listed company was cancelled the public company status according to the decision by the State Securities Commission.

-          Effective delisting date           : May 20, 2022  

Last trading date         : May 19, 2022.
