The Board resolution dated April 19, 2022, the BOD of Tai Nguyen Corporation approved the transfer all shares in Boskalis Vietnam Joint Stock Company with details as follows:

-          Transfer volume: 2,750,000 shares

-          Total value of transfer (at par value): VND27,500,000,000

-          Transfer price: agreement

-          Time of implementation: no later than May 31, 2022.
