The Board resolution dated April 18, 2022, the Board of Directors of Power Construction Joint Stock Company No 1 approved to contribute capital for establishing EDI Mekong Investment Joint Stock Company with total amount of VND4,000,000,000, equivalent to 400,000 shares, accounting for 20% charter capital of EDI Mekong Investment Joint Stock Company.
