-          Number of shares expected to be issued: 178,876,205 shares

-          Total value of issuance (at par value): VND1,788,762,050,000

-          Issue ratio: 36.3%

-          Time of implementation: expected in Quarter II/2022, after being approved by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC).
