The Board resolution dated March 25, 2022, the Board of Directors of Dat Xanh Group Joint Stock Company approved the contents to submit to the Annual General Meeting 2022 with details as follows:

1. Approving the report on the BOD activities.
2. Approving the report from the Audit Committee.
3. Approving the audited financial statements in 2021.
4. Approving the selection of the auditor for the financial statements in 2022.
5. Approving the remuneration of the BOD in 2021 and plan for 2022.
6. Approving the profit distribution in 2021
7. Approving the business plan in 2022.
8. Approving the profit distribution plan in 2022.
9. Approving the change of business lines.
10. Proposal on the stop to implement the plan for share private placement in 2021.
11. Approving the resignation and the additional election of member of BOD for the term 2022 – 2027.
12. Other issues (if any).
