1. Approved the postponement of the time to hold the Annual General Meeting 2022 before June 30, 2022 due to the outbreak of Covid-19 pandemic.
2. Approved the cancellation of record date of February 07, 2022 to attend the Annual General Meeting 2022 before June 30, 2022.
