Article 1: To implement rights to buy shares for existing shareholders to raise its charter capital to VND4,000 billion.

-          Stock code: ORS

-          Par value: VND10,000/share

-          Number of outstanding shares: 200,000,000 shares

-          Charter capital before the issuance: VND2,000,000,000,000

-          Number of shares expected to be issued: 200,000,000 shares

-          Total value of issuance (at par value): VND2,000,000,000,000

-          Estimated stock volume after the issuance: 400,000,000 shares

-          Charter capital after the issuance: VND4,000,000,000,000

-          Issue price: VND12,000/share

-          Exercise ratio: 1:1 (Those who own 01 share will receive 01 right, and with every 01 right will be entitled to purchase 01 new share.)

-          Distribution time: after being approved the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC).
