1. Approved the business result in 2021:

2. Approving the business plan in 2022 and dividend payment in 2021:

-          Revenue:   428,245 million dongs

-          Profit before tax: 110,954 million dongs

-          Profit after tax: 92,395 million dongs

-          To pay dividend (estimated): 25%.

3. Approving the plan to hold the Annual General Meeting 2022:

-          Meeting time: 8:00, April 14, 2022

-          Meeting venue: at Sonadezi Long Thanh Shareholding Company.

4. Approving the signing of deposit contract with Dong Nai Investment and Development Fund in 2022 (a State shareholder) with a total value of VND 50 billion.
