2. Approving the appointment of Mr. Nguyen Trong Nghia as Person in charge of Corporate Governance cum Secretary of the Company from March 01, 2022.
3. Approving the resignation of Mrs. Luong Thi Thu Huong as Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the Company from March 01, 2022.
4. Approving the appointment of Mr. Ha Huu Uoc as Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the Company from March 01, 2022.
5. Approving the resignation of Mr. Nguyen Khanh Linh as Chief Executive Officer of the Company from March 01, 2022.
