Bamboo Capital Joint Stock Company (BCG) announces the Board resolution dated February 18, 2022. Accordingly, the Board of Directors approved to do a private placement of shares:

-          Stock code: BCG

-          Par value: VND10,000/share

-          Issue method: private placement

-          Estimated issue volume: 60,000,000 shares

-          Offering price: VND20,000/share

-          Total mobilized capital:

+ Total mobilized capital at par value: VND600,000,000,000.

+ Total mobilized capital at offering price: VND1,200,000,000,000.

-          Issue time: in Quarter I – II of 2022, after being approved by the State Securities Commission.
