The Board resolution dated February 22, 2022, the BOD of Vietnam Construction Securities Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:

Approving the postponement of holding the Annual General Meeting 2022 from March 15, 2022 to April 14, 2022.
Approving the holding of Annual General Meeting 2022:

- Exercise ratio: 01 share – 01 voting right

- Record date: March 14, 2022

- Meeting time: April 14, 2022

- Meeting venue: Diamond Flower, No.48 Le Van Luong Street, Nhan Chinh Ward, Thanh Xuan District, Ha Noi.
