According to the Board resolution dated February 21, 2022, the Board of Directors of ALPHA Securities Joint Stock Company (APSC) approved the following contents:

1. Approving the plan to ensure the share issue to meet the regulations on foreign ownership ratio.
2. Approving the change of escrow account of APSC.
3. Approving the documents of share issue including the application for share offering; Resolution of Annual General Meeting on the bond issuance; the 2021 audited financial statements, etc.
