-         Stock type: common share

-         Par value: 10,000 dongs/share

-         Number of outstanding shares: 712,833,495 shares

-         Issue rate: 2.696%

-         Number of shares expected to be issued: 19,219,040 shares

-         Total value (at par value): VND192,190,400,000

-         Selling price: VND 10,000/share

-         These shares will be restricted in 04years from the finish date of the issuance

-         Time of implementation: expected in March 2020 or April 2022, after being approved the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC).
