On February 15, 2022, Vietnam Export Import Commercial Joint Stock Bank (EIB) announces the Resolution of the Annual General Meeting 2021 to approve the following contents:

1. Approving the amendment, supplement of the bank’s charter.
2. Approving the new Internal Governance Regulation.
3. Approving the BOD operating Regulation.
4. Approving the Supervisory Board operating Regulation.
5. Approving the list of members of the Board of Directors for the period 2020-2025:
